This tour highlights the charm of some of our earliest extant commercial structures along the Pine Avenue corridor between 4th and 8th Streets, celebrates some of our most successful restoration projects and touches on adaptive reuse projects such as the Professional Building and Vault 350.
Bonus! On March 2nd, John Thomas, historic resource consultant for the recently completed Regency Palms Senior Living project, will provide a tour of the Professional Building and share its history and adaptive reuse.
The tour will begin in front of 345 Pine Avenue (Gold’s Gym), travel north to 8th St. and circle back to end at the old Press-Telegram Building at 6th and Pine.
